You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you include in your resume. Do not include false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

5. AI Features

Our AI-powered features are designed to assist with writing and improving resume content. The AI provides suggestions only and does not guarantee employment outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use.

AI features do not invent or fabricate work experience, skills, or qualifications. The AI enhances your existing content without creating false information.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Create resumes containing false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Payment Terms

The basic resume editor is free to use. Premium AI features require payment. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Vocatio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
